Day Trips Suggested

* Shopping Tour: Italian fashion at its Best!! - Half Day

Your driver will collect you at your hotel and you will reach the Prada outlets. After shopping till you drop' you will then proceed to the next outlets which features Gucci, Giorgio Armani, La Perla, La Bottega Veneta, Sergio Rossi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Loro Piana, Tod’s, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana and Fendi. This is a real shoppers paradise for brand names at outlet prices. There is a nice cafe here for simple light lunches.

* A Florence Orientation – Half Day

This half day tour is fantastic for those who don't have too much time but ant a general overview of the 'highlights' of this magical city. You will meet you guide then head off to enjoy a tour through the main sites. The following are just some of the things you will enjoy - the Strozzi Palace, the Duomo, the Ufizzi Museum, Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio ( or Old Bridge), Borgo San Apostille,the tiny streets in the medieval quarter of the city and then the Piazza della Republica. In these 3 hours you will be orientated with the city, allowing you to then explore at your leisure. The guide will share with you a little part of the Florentine culture and the Italian way of life and can point out great shopping ( you will wander down Florence's dazzling 'Via Tornabuoni' which showcases many of Italians best designers. You will be in shoppers heaven! ), directions to the museums, train and bus stations and of course recommend fantastic restaurants for you to enjoy during your stay.

* Pienza and Montalcino – Full day

Visit of the town and of a cheese factory in Pienza to taste the famous “Pecorino”. Visit of the spectacular abbey of S. Antimo and Montalcino to admire its medieval buildings. Visit of its famous wineries and tasting of the fine Brunello di Montalcino wine.

* Excursion to the Chianti region – Half or Full Day

A drive through the wonderful Tuscan countryside with green hills, cypress-ringed villas, abbeys, villages, farmhouses where vineyards, olives and fields of sunflowers mingle with wooded hills to form landscapes of timeless beauty. We will stop in Greve, considered the "little capital of Chianti". The beautiful main square, flanked by porticoes and terraces has in the centre the statue of Giovanni da Verrazzano the famous navigator, born in the area. We will stop at one of the many famous wineries where you will have a wine tasting of the prestigious Chianti wine, produced and bottled here and distinguished by the trademark of the black rooster.

*Arezzo and Cortona - Full day

In the morning visit of Arezzo (the Cathedral and the Madonna del Conforto chapel, the Basilica of San Francesco and visit of Piero della Francesca’s frescoes, Piazza Grande, the ancient fortress, the church of San Domenico which houses the beautiful Crucifix by Cimabue, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie). Free time and free lunch. In the afternoon visit of Cortona (Etruscan tombs, city centre, Museum of Etruscan Art, Basilica of Santa Margherita, free time for shopping in the picturesque city centre). Dinner in a local restaurant (on request).

Payment conditions
The reservation of the package selected has to be completed at least 4 months before the wedding date, due to organization reasons (paperwork and reservations). At the time of reservation a 40% deposit is required.
The balance is due 20 days prior to your departure.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 2 months before departure: 50% of deposit
Cancellation after 1 month before departure: 100% of deposit
